We are a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means we do not hold any inventory and we work with production partners do produce our inventory as needed.

So, as our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the items for them! We do this to keep our costs low and quality high!

With that said, we want to offer a quality guarantee for you. You can expect to receive the item you ordered from us quickly, without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll offer you a replacement or a refund and let you keep the item!

Because we produce our items on demand with our production partners, we reserve the rights to deny a refund or exchange for other than the already mentioned reasons.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for our products to be printed, and shipping times vary based on your location. On average, customers receive their orders within 7-10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on factors such as order volume and shipping carrier delays.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item(s) contact us immediately at info@babblebunnies.com with a photo of the item(s) and we will make sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every refund claim is reviewed individually, taking into consideration the specific situation. In most cases, we may require a photo as evidence of a damaged or incorrect product. This helps us assess the issue accurately and provide the best solution. Since we aim to process and ship orders quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. Currently, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping services to include international destinations in the future. However, for now, we can only fulfill orders with delivery addresses within the United States. We appreciate your understanding and support. 

At this time, we don't offer custom designs or personalization services. However, we constantly update our product selection with new and adorable designs, so be sure to check back regularly for the latest additions.
